Simon opened Pymble Physiotherapy in 2017 as a one on one consultancy with a strong focus on diagnosis, treatment, education and corrective exercise. His goal is to develop strategies that help patients manage their injuries by improving their understanding of the nature of their injury, including the cause, prognosis, rehabilitation and prevention of recurrence.

In close collaboration with The Conlan College, Simon has developed a pre-pointe assessment tool that ensures dancers at The Conlan College are safe in their ballet practice and progress their strength, flexibility and stability in accordance with personal development.
Specifically, the pre-pointe assessment tool is designed to provide clear goals for young dancers wanting to progress to pointe work.
