At Pymble Physiotherapy we are focused on providing the best possible assessment and treatment techniques available. Our goal is to keep you moving and get you back to your best as soon as possible by offering longer appointments (45-60 minutes) and our physiotherapists see one patient at a time. This ensures you walk away with effective diagnosis, treatment, education and exercises meaning you see us less often with greater improvement and enjoy the benefits of returning to the activities you love sooner.

What to Expect on your First Visit?

On your first visit, we will ask you to fill in a New Patient details form and then take you through to one of our private treatment rooms. It is a great idea to wear loose comfortable clothing to help us with clinical assessment and treatment.

Your physiotherapist will proceed to take a history by asking you both general and specific questions about your injury. This helps guide our diagnosis and treatment. Please bring with you any relevant scans, x-rays or letters from your doctor/ specialist.

The first consultation will also include hands-on treatment and an exercise program to get you moving and on the path to recovery. We use an app called Physiapp for our exercise programs which you can download from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store.

Payment is due on the day of treatment. If you have private health insurance, please bring your card with you and we will be able to process your claim on the spot via HICAPS.
